The Smith-Leahy America Invents Act (AIA) makes substantial changes to the way US patent law will be practiced in the future. Practitioners and their clients now have an opportunity to influence how those changes will be implemented by responding to the invitations to submit comments published in the Federal Register. Some invitations have already been made and others are awaited.
The purpose of this blog is to facilitate review and comment by highlighting proposed implementing regulations, identifying issues and keeping track of when comments are due. Comments and contributions are welcome.
